Masculine or Feminine?


In French, words can be masculine or feminine.
This is important for nouns, adjectives, and sentences.
Sometimes, we need to change a sentence:
  • from masculine to feminine,
  • or from feminine to masculine.
Example:
Il est fort.Elle est forte.
C’est un français.C’est une française.
